Being and Feeling Alive vs Living

There is a big difference between being and feeling alive then simply just living. The system is designed in such a way that causes many people to move further away from their natural state of being, the heart. we are told to be in the pursuit of happiness, and that financial success and status make one important.

Many end up ignoring their dreams and aspirations, ignoring their passion and purpose. Many of us are gifted and were born with talent, some of us are already skilled, but end up putting it on hold to survive the ever-growing high cost of living. We are more than a body and a mind that is to be programmed, we are spiritual beings, full of joy and love.

Fitting into the world causes us to neglect our freedom of mind, spirit, and soul's depth. This is why we must think outside of the box, the program that is all around us. This is why after financial gain many still feel empty and dissatisfied, so they buy more things and continue spending more money. The emptiness is not feeling alive, not maturing mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and energetically. Because many are not using the right brain which is creation, spiritual creativity, imagination, the magical mind. Many get caught up in the body, looking in the mirror making sure the body looks perfect, yet we are not the body nor the mind.

Many end up forgetting about themselves, the inner depth, the child-like nature that was once filled with energy, imagination, creativity, and constant joy. Many have to realize that joy is a state of being that does not run out even if you are not feeling happy. Joy is a mental state of being, whereas feeling happy is emotional, but moods will always change, so it is not possible to just be happy.

Feeling happy is a temporary feeling because it happens only from external stimulation, like when someone gives you a gift, you just got paid, you bought new shoes, about to watch a movie, go out to eat, hang out with friends, receiving something from the outside. When the experience is over we go back to feeling normal, that new car or house we get used to it.

joy is everlasting, feeling good about who we are, accepting ourselves, and loving ourselves unconditionally. When we feel positive about ourselves we stay in joy, not needing attention, recognition, approval, and external validation, we just feel alive inside, the mind is free from feeling flawed or holding on to trauma.

This is why spiritual exercises exist, yoga, chi gong, practicing mindfulness and meditation activate our energetic body and spiritual body, we then feel whole and complete inside, feeling alive, even if we do not have a lot of money to live more. Living is just making money, spending it, eating, and sleeping. We can do that all day but do not feel alive.

Being alive can be as simple as dancing just because we feel alive, taking a walk, playing sports, and exercising because of our energy like children. Children do not spend time judging themselves, meaning worrying about what others think, needing money, materials, Jordans, and status to feel comfortable and accepted by others who do not feel alive, using materials to compensate for feeling dull, having more mental energy gives us more joy.

I literally just paused my writing because a neighbor played my favorite song. I ran outside because I couldn't help to express my internal everlasting pure joy, I am spiritually liberated, took years of work to become self-aware, I asked who am I in this fake world? I am not saying chakras are for everyone, but each chakra releases an insecurity that keeps us trying to look and feel perfect in front of others.

I had to let go of shame, something the programming world put on us using the idea of the pursuit of happiness, we are not important unless we are rich and famous, which kills the heart and spiritual self, dullness, and mediocracy. I'd rather show my joy, compassion, and love for all than walk with a fine lady on my arm for attention, or my nice car, all shame and insecurities.

We can learn to feel whole, complete, and satisfied within regardless of status, which is an illusion. Who are you? I had to challenge my mind, change my diet, and stop eating things with table salt, sugar, milk, and preservatives in the ingredients.

I use organic Himalayan sea salt, organic cane sugar, organic agave syrup, organic honey, or organic maple, might have to order it online. I stick to organic and non-GMO foods. Fast foods and heavily processed foods affect the skin cells which then affect our moods too. Chi gong removes stress from the cells and organs and turns it into vital life force energy to recharge the body.

Being healthy is nothing like wellness, we can get buy and not get sick with being healthy, but wellness is mind, physical body, spirit, and emotional body. Feeling well is difficult in a programmed world that is supposed to dull us and keep us getting sick, McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts exist, all FDA approved, and too much technology gives out radiation.

Joy and happiness are something we must be responsible for, the system and the state of the world is not responsible for your total well-being. Healing from trauma and letting go of the past is very important, especially becoming self-aware so that we have less fighting in our relationships because we understand our personality and our character flaws.
